Collection
provides conversion services for: e-Evidence, images files, paper, or documents from all three sources. Upon receipt of client data, a forensic copy is made to retain original metadata and all file attributes. The copy is verified using MD5 hash values.
Conversion and Processing
Convert what you need, no more and no less. enables cost containment by allowing specific uploads and file types to be selected for conversion.
During file conversion, utilizes rigorous built-in data validation and metadata conformation systems. Exception reports are available for user viewing, downloading, and printing. User intelligence and software is applied, pre and post conversion, to the data culling process.
Privilege and Redaction
Privilege documents are identified and flagged using metadata analysis, searchable fields and text. Confirmation of privilege is efficiently completed with attorney review. During both phases, documents flagged for privilege are "locked-out" of production unless specifically unlocked. Built-in redaction tools assure that no underlying text will ever be produced. Redacted documents retain text for production, but no text on pages with redaction.
